1. RENTAL

1. The PROVIDER has rented digital interpreter units to the USER, and the USER has received these units from the PROVIDER.
2. The USER has checked the condition of the rented units and confirmed that they are in good working order.
3. The USER is fully responsible for any damage or loss of the interpreter units during the rental period.
4. The USER has no right to transfer or exchange possession of the rented units to any other party for any reason, either temporarily or for the duration of the E21 Conference.

2. RETURN

1. The interpreter units must be returned no later than July 5, 2024, after General Session 4 and closing.

3. REPLACEMENT

1. If the interpreter unit is lost or damaged during the rental period, the USER must pay a replacement fee of Rp 1,000,000 (one million rupiah) per unit.
2. If the USER fails to fulfill this obligation, the GROUP LEADER will assume responsibility to the PROVIDER.
